Lady in Pink Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to absolutely love your new Lady in Pink jewelry piece. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns for site credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To begin your return, please contact us at ladyinpinkjewels@gmail.com for a Return Authorization (RA). Be sure to include your name, order number, and reason for return.

Returns must be initiated and items shipped back within 7 days of receipt.

Eligible for exchange or site credit only. No refunds.

Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging (including all pouches, boxes, and inserts).

Final Sale Items: All sale items, personalized designs, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned for credit. This includes items with initials, lettering, birthstones, or custom sizing. Any variation in size, color, or design not offered as an “as-is” product on our website is considered a custom order.

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and must provide a tracking number.

Please pack your return carefully to prevent damage in transit. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items arrive used, altered, or damaged.


Once we receive and review your return, you will receive an email within 3 business days confirming your store credit amount.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return

Step 1:
Email us at ladyinpinkjewels@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number for faster processing.
Note: returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Step 2:
Ensure your jewelry is in its original packaging and placed in a secure shipping box.
Note: items not securely packaged may be damaged in transit and will not qualify for return.

Step 3:
Ship with the carrier of your choice and include a tracking number. Make sure your order number and RA number are included inside the package.

Step 4:
Drop off your package, and we’ll take care of the rest once it arrives!

If you received a Lady in Pink piece as a gift and wish to exchange it, please email ladyinpinkjewels@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your gift. We’ll be happy to issue store credit equal to the original purchase amount.
